2025-04-19 in Ota, Gunma prefecture
The event on April 19th is at the Open House Arena Ota (オープンハウスアリーナ太田). The closest station is Ryumai station (竜舞) which is on the Tobu-Koizumi line. From there it's about a 25-minute walk. You could also go to Ota(Gunma) station, which is much bigger than Ryumai, and get a taxi from there. For directions by train to the station, please use this useful website:
The event begins at 9:00am and finishes at 3:00pm, but you can arrive at any time. Here are the details (times are approximate):
9:00am - open practice for wrestlers
12:00pm - lower division matches, comic sumo performance, drums
1:30pm - upper division ring entrance ceremony and matches
3:00pm - bow-twirling ceremony, end of event
Ringside and Box are sitting on the floor and come with souvenir cushion.
Children 3 years old and younger don't need a ticket if they don't need their own seat. Children 5 years old and younger may not sit in Ringside 'S' at all.
Ticket prices include our service fee (1,600 yen) and payment fees (about 3% of ticket price).
